Luna is a really sweet Shetland who came to us with very little handling. She has come on leaps and bounds and now comes to greet you at the gate in the morning.

Luna enjoys a pamper session and being groomed however, she still needs work on picking up her feet and standing for the farrier which she currently requires sedation for.

Luna has suffered from Laminitis in the past and our farrier has advised she currently has some separation of the white line so new owners would need to be careful she does not develop white line disease by making sure she is not allowed to stand out in wet muddy conditions and ideally has access to hard standing. Due to her laminitic history she will also need restricted grazing.

Luna has been turned out with both mares and geldings and has lived both in and out.
